EVENT: GTC Run Town USA Half Marathon The Run Town USA Half Marathon is our most popular event. The course goes through downtown Greenville, historic districts, and city parks. The 2018 edition of the race uses a straighter and flatter course than in previous years. There are fewer neighborhoods and less turns, but we're still encouraging our loyal SPINX RUN FEST FANS to come out an cheer on the runners! The course showcases scenic parts of downtown, City parks and local favorite running routes, making for an exhilarating run.
