The 10km course is an amazing adventure through the very best that Lost Lake Park has to offer. This all trail course is comprised of 50% smooth non technical gravel trail ranging in width from 5 meters to 1.5 meters as it twists and turns. The remainder is on paved valley trail. Plan to pass step by step through the temperate rainforest, around the lake, along the river, in the shadows of glacier capped mountains. Immersed in Nature!
