Golf Course road out and back + loop - Fairmont Banff Springs

This route follows the road, is mostly out and back, with a loop around the Golf Course Road.
Start at Fairmont Banff Springs. Cross Spray River and run along Golf Course Road. The loop begins at the 3.4km mark. Pass by the Stanley Thompson Smokehouse and return to the hotel via Golf Course Road.
Note: The Golf Course Road is closed to vehicles from November 1 to May 1. This loop is in a Wildlife Corridor: Please treat the landscape and its inhabitants with respect; stay on established trails to avoid trampling vegetation and always give wildlife plenty of space.
When traveling in Banff National Park we recommend being wildlife aware and carrying bear spray on all trails.
