This course the FLRC Challenge's monster trail course for this year, as it rolls up and down the Finger Lakes Trail on both sides of Route 13. Start at the Finger Lakes Land Trust parking area for Lick Brook and look for the Challenge sign where the trail passes under the highway. The course is an out-and-back through Treman State Park to the west, followed by an out-and-back through the Lick Brook Preserves to the east.
