Ridgefield Runners (RVA)

This is a group open to anyone who enjoys running in a group and is open to all humans and their four legged friends. Most runs begin and end at the John Rolfe Publix parking lot. Friday is a fun run that leaves from the Dunkin on Ridgefield. Caffeinated libations and lively discussion to follow. On dark mornings please use reflection gear and head lights. Runs can also be found in Google docs at http://tinyurl.com/jryruns. Please add any additional routes you have and are willing to share. Runs are 3 miles or more. For days ending in 0- (ex 10th, 20, 30th of the month) select route labeled 0. For days ending in 1- (ex 1sr, 11th, 21st, 31st of the month) select route labeled 1, etc. NOTE: This group is based in Richmond, Virginia, not Ridgefield, Connecticut
