The 5km course is an amazing adventure through the very best that Lost Lake Park has to offer. This all trail course is comprised of 50% smooth non technical gravel trail. The remainder is on paved valley trail. Plan to pass one step at a time through the temperate rainforest, around the lake, along the river, in the shadows of glacier capped mountains.
